Donations

 

  • All donations made to Baitulmaal are used solely for charitable purposes, including but not limited to orphan support, widows’ welfare, medical aid, ration distribution, and community welfare programs.

  • Once a donation is confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors (see our [Cancellation & Refund Policy]).

  • Donors will receive an official receipt along with an 80G Tax Benefit Certificate, making contributions tax-exempt as per Indian law.

Sponsorships & Support Programs

  • Contributions made toward specific programs (e.g., Mass Marriages, Festival Packages, Medical Aid) are immediately allocated and cannot be redirected.

  • Baitulmaal reserves the right to adjust or reallocate funds in case of urgent humanitarian needs or disasters.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Donor information (name, email, contact details, and payment data) is collected only for processing donations and issuing receipts.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information with any third party.

Tax Benefits & Certificates

  • Eligible donations qualify for tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

  • Tax certificates will be issued based on the information provided by the donor. Inaccurate details may result in the donor not receiving the exemption.

Events & Community Programs

 

  • Events such as Mass Marriages, Medical Camps, Educational Aid Drives, and Ration Distribution are organized based on availability of funds and resources.

  • Baitulmaal holds the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

  • While Baitulmaal makes every effort to ensure transparency and accuracy, we are not liable for:

  • Delays in receipt of donations due to bank/payment gateway issues.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Donors are advised to verify details before making any contribution.
